• Customers are responsible for checking compatibility of all parts. Returns due to incompatibility will be charged a 15% restock fee to cover our shipping and handling costs. Buyers assume full responsibility in these situations to cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon return of item in good working order and verification of serial numbers.

Returns:

• All returns must be approved before being shipped back, and must be sent back using approved shipping methods.

• All items sent out are marked and serial number and/or manufacture number are recorded to avoid return fraud. We have been doing this for a long time and can easily spot when something returned to us is not our own.
