Welcome to the Lego Dunkin Donut shop with above Gym and neighboring Dojo with townhouse above in this Erockzart custom Lego creation. This set has numerous options, amenities and great features that both impress and intrigue the mind. This set is custom built and therefore does not have any instructions.
The main floor has the Dunkin Donut Shop, a bathroom under the stairs, a dojo next door with a townhouse above for the Dojo owners. Open the mini wall for access to the cute little bathroom, order up some coffee or donuts from the fine establishment, then sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The Dojo has plenty of training available from novices to experts taught by a family of three, Mother, ninja master dad, and in training son. A hidden Zen area is beneath the stairs for those frustrating and complicated days.
Our Gym is great for working off those extra pounds, equipped with stair climber, treadmills, yoga studio, fresh clean water, boxing, free weights and exercise machine. TV's mounted throughout to watch and enjoy your favorite shows or simply invigorate your workout.
The Dojo owners home is also well equipped with kitchen, dining area, oriental displays, two bedroom with removable modular kid's room to fully entertain ones mind. With opening walls both for demonstration and play this set will bring hours of fun and imagination.
This set will be shipped built. Each section saran wrapped and bubble wrapped for ensured safeness while shipping. A large box will be used for shipment to also ensure safe travels. I have shipped to Hong Kong, Italy, Canada all without concern. Small loose items will be removed for shipment so please save pictures for reference. Many pictures available if needed and can be sent after purchase for assembly references.
