This auction is for the 250 Ohm model of the open-back Beyerdynamic DT 990 Premium headphones.  I replaced the stock velour earpads with Dekoni leather pads (a $50 upgrade).  Item includes the original threaded 1/4 inch jack gold adaptor (see pictures).  

Phones were purchased new about a year ago and have been kept boxed in a closet most of that time.  Non-smoking household.
