There is no motherboard included (known as a-boards) - Motherboards can be found on any other CPS1 game (Street Fighter 2, Final Fight, etc), they're mostly all interchangeable.

Game works, please see photos. I'm pretty sure the c-board jumper was installed at the factory as most boards look like this.
