Replace the Tamiya engine cover with something much better (see 3rd picture for a comparison!)

Cast in top quality urethane resin. There may be some small air bubbles on the underside (see photo) which would not be visible from above.

This engine is a good starting point to having a proper interior to your model. You could choose to add more details if you like, such as fuel, air and exhaust hoses.
