Light will fit 2010 2011 2012 Lexus LS460 left side headlight headlamp

Lens has rock chips, light scratches, tiny lump spot on top (see all pictures 2, 3, 4, 5 for details)

1 tab broken but still have the piece to be fixed (see picture 10 for details)

1 piece of plastic got damaged (see picture 11 for details)

This light is OEM, HID type without ballast included

Some lights comes with bulbs but it is not tested

We use water marker to point out flaws and yellow tape to protect light from storage dust
