Description
This is a Stunning Quality Victorian Costume, handmade and hand finished to a high standard.It consists of a Bonnet, Cape and Skirt.
The bonnet and the cape will fit all sizes, the skirt waist ranges from a UK size 10 to a 30.
The cape on the costume is made from a Beautiful Beige burberry look under layer and a Black Cotton Drill upper layer (please see photos, although I am not very good at bringing out the fab colours ).
As a two layer confection, if this is to be worn outside,it makes it a warm and comfortable solution.
The bonnet is made from the matching, Lovely Beige, Black and Red fabric and Black ribbon and finely hand finished.
The skirt, made using the wonderful 'Burberry like' fabric. The waist uses an elasticated draw cord and comfortably ranges from 25" and then to 45". This makes it a very versatile costume as other sized friends can wear it next year :@)
The sweep of the skirt is just under 300cm. This is a full length skirt measuring in length 45" approx.
If the length of the skirt is too long I can shorten it before I send, at no extra cost. Please leave a note of the waist to floor measurement you need, with your payment, if this is required.
Absolutely elegant outfit. All seams are professionally finished using traditional and modern finishes.
A hooped underskirt can be used under the skirt but the costume could equally be used without one and still look Stunning. (My old blouse and underskirt are not included in sale, Thanks)

This is a iconic style with super detailing that really is going to make you shine! You will not find this sort of Costume on the high street. I can make this in other sizes and colour ways, and list it as a buy it now, just use ‘email the seller’ and I can let you know what is possible, and all I need is time to make it for you……
