(A) Because we sell precision replacement knitting machine needles which are expensive to make, the profit we make is very small, therefore we have to charge to send outside of the UK to cover the high postage costs of international shipping.

One of the owners has over 20 years experience in the plastics / rubber / silicone and foam manufacturing industry. The other owner also owns a knitting supplies shop selling rare and unusual yarns for both machine and hand knitting.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods the next working day after payment has been received, please note we cannot be held responsible for delays in the post outside of our control or poor weather conditions causing delays in the postal system. 

Postal cutoff time is 11.30am UK time, order before 11.30am we post that day, order after 11.30am we post the following day.

We offer a recorded delivery option for UK delivery, please select this if you require a signature & peace of mind for delivery.

Italy - If you live in Italy you must select insured air mail delivery, we will not post to Italy without postal insurance.
