Colour - Dried bracken in the late summer.
Nose - A sweet harmony of vanilla and heather honey fresh from the comb. A touch of water reveals a luxurious undertone of caramelised orange.
Palate - A cacophony of spice; cloves, nutmeg and star anise, tempered by a mellow hint of burnt toffee.
Finish - Like a leisurely decrescendo of peat smoke and dried fruit. From Kilchoman Distillery.
