Item Description

This is a replacement DeLonghi Milk Frother Single Hole Tip, meant to replace the dinky panarello wand included with the machine. With this single hole tip you can froth milk just like on a professional machine with a single tip and produce perfect milk for latte art.
Fits EC155/BAR32 and other DeLonghi models with the round, black panarello wand seen in the picture.
When installing, pipe thread tape is recommended on both screw connections (tape not included).

Shipping and Handling

Economy shipping provides the lowest price and is great for budget conscious buyers who are more concerned with cost than speed. Please note that economy shipping may not include customer-viewable tracking or delivery confirmation and may include USPS Confirm or a similar service which can only be traced by the seller. Please wait up to 2 weeks for domestic economy shipping purchases to arrive before inquiring about status. Orders ship from Chicago, USA. If you need the item within a faster time frame, choose an express shipping method. All international items go First Class or Priority as USPS has completely eliminated surface shipping.
All shipping prices may include handling and insurance costs which do not necessarily show up on postage labels or postage calculators. Keep in mind that we use a separate insurance pool instead of expensive postal insurance to save (you) money. Of course if you think we have charged excessive handling fees in error, you are welcome to contact us with your concern after your package arrives as sometimes a shipment costs less than expected.
No pickups.
If you decide you no longer want the item, your choice is to have it shipped normally or to pay a $20 disposal fee. Paying the bid amount alone is not considered satisfactory payment and such payment will be refused.
In the unlikely event USPS asks for postage due, please do not pay postage due without contacting us. If USPS charges postage due in error it cannot be corrected once paid and we cannot refund in that case.

Feedback

We don't consider the order finished until you are 100% satisfied and have left positive feedback. If any problems arise that would stop you from leaving a positive comment and high ratings, we need to know about it before you leave feedback so we have an opportunity to resolve them. Update: 4 stars on eBay is now a negative rating. If you were happy with your purchase from us, please leave us 5 stars!
If for any privacy reason you would prefer us to withhold leaving positive feedback (e.g. purchasing a gift), please let us know, and make sure we have confirmed your request, before you leave positive feedback on us.

Return Policy

Our items are clearly described and your bid on eBay is a binding contract. We expect all bids to be made with the intention of making a final purchase. To the extent a return or any other remedy is not specifically provided for by this policy, all items are sold as-is with no warranty, express or implied.
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
1. If the item is not as described, we will resolve the problem and you will not be charged for a problem that is not your fault. You need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any shipping damage (or if there is any possibility the issue was caused by shipping damage). Do not return the item until we instruct you to do so - returning the item will not always be the solution to your problem. If the item can be repaired or replaced, you will receive that remedy and not a refund.
2. If the item is as described, but you would like to return it for some reason (e.g. don't like the item, financial woes, ordered more than you need) - the item may be returned in UNOPENED and UNUSED condition, and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $5.00) will be charged.
3. If the item is opened or used and you no longer want it, please consider reselling the item to someone else on eBay. We do not accept returns of opened or used items (including items sold as opened/used once our tamper evident packaging is opened or item is further used).
4. An unauthorized return is any item shipped back to us which we did not authorize, or which we authorized because you provided false information, or a return which was damaged/lost in return shipment and you did not fully insure the return. In case of one, you will not receive any refund and would need to pay for re-shipment back to you within 7 calendar days of delivery or forfeit the unauthorized return.
Insured items may require special processing due to third-party insurance. If your item arrives damaged, do not take it to the post office. Contact us to file a claim. Non-delivery claims will not be processed until 30 days have passed without any confirmation of delivery by the carrier.
