PLAYSTATION ITEMS
*PAL format, this means that this game will only play on Playstation consoles manufactured for the PAL TV system which mainly operates in the UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, the rest of the world uses the NTSC system. If you are unsure which system your console uses you can easily check by looking at a game you already have and which you know works on your console, look either on the case or the disc and if it says PAL this game will work, but if it says NTSC then this game will not work on your system. |

GENERAL DISC CONDITION GUIDE
Like New - I cannot see any noticable marks on the disc and it looks unused.
Very Good - The disc may have a few very light marks only seen by moving the disc around in the light.
Good - The disc may have quite a few marks, mostly light, but these do not affect the operation/use of the disc.
Acceptable - The disc might look like it's gone through a meat grinder but, surprisingly, it still installs and plays fine! |

Please ensure your specs are substantial enough to run the software on your desired system or that you have a correct emulator installed should you need it.
Be aware that if you use Vista\Windows 7\Windows 8 \10 then.you will probably need to use Compatibility Mode to get an older game to run.
If you are buying a PC game from me please make sure you can play the game on your system as compatibility is the buyers responsibility.
Some older games may need patches/ScummVM or Dosbox to work on newer systems but these can be downloaded for free from the internet.
Please do an internet search as this will answer any questions you might have about compatibility.

RETURNS
I accept returns if the item does not match my description as long as it is returned in the same condition that is was received by you. For compatibility issues buyer must pay return postage to me to receive refund. If the fault is all on my side I will pay the return postage when I issue refund when I have received the item back. Description
April Ryan is a struggling student artist in the year 2209, recently arrived in the big city of Newport. Lately she has been seeing strange, life-like dreams. Somewhere in the mountains, a mysterious white dragon talks to April, calling her the "mother of the future". When April wakes up, she dismisses the vision as a nightmare. However, an old enigmatic man named Cortez, whom April has spotted near her house before, unexpectedly tells her that she must face the reality in her dreams. Soon April learns that our reality is but one facet of a universe that consists of two parallel worlds: Stark, the world of science and technology, and Arcadia, the world of magic. Though raised in Stark, April possesses the ability of shifting between the two worlds, and must restore the balance in both of them before it is too late.
The Longest Journey is a third-person puzzle-solving adventure game. The player navigates April over pre-rendered backgrounds with fixed camera angles, interacting with people and objects through a simple point-and-click interface. The gameplay follows the traditional template introduced in LucasArts adventures, relying mostly on inventory-based puzzles and multiple-choice dialogues to advance the story. To help keep track of things, the game includes a diary, where April records her thoughts about important events, and a conversation log that records the text of every conversation.

You play as April, an 18-year-old art student who can travel between the twin worlds of Stark and Arcadia, shifting between realities as if stepping through a doorway.
