Install 2016 Front fender and number plate on 2005, 2006, 2007 CRF450R and make bike look more modern and cool. I recently did this conversion on my 2007 CRF450R and has worked GOOD and looks NEWER. Pictures show BEFORE & AFTER, also some details.

• You specify color of Acerbis front fender (black,white or 2000 red)

• You specify color of Acerbis front number plate (black,white or 2000 red)

• You specify color of Cycra front brake cable guide (black or white)

• Currently have on hand 6/1/2017... Fenders: Black & Red, Number Plates: Black & White, Cable Guides: Black & White and can ship to you without delay


Then what I do is order these parts for you and custom build everything needed to install on your 2005, 2006, 2007 CRF450R which includes:

1. Drill extra two holes and elongate existing two holes in fender for mounting to bottom triple clamp (you will reuse original 4 fender bolts and aluminum spacers to mount new fender)
2. Fabricate two new posts and bolt to fender which are used to support bottom of number plate.
3. Cut bottom of number plate to fit bottom triple and steering damper (if have steering damper like 2008).
4. Install new Cycra front brake cable guide to new number plate (you must remove old front brake cable guide to use this kit)
4. Fabricate new top number plate bracket and install to number plate tightened with two new bolted system.

There you have it...you will receive following parts that I will make sure fit on my 2007 CRF450R before shipping to you:

Installation Instructions for 2005-2007 CRF450R à 2016 Front Fender/Number Plate/Cable Guide Kit:

Remove Old Front Fender / Number Plate / Cable Guide

1.       Remove old front brake cable guide & one mount bolt.

2.      Remove old front number plate & one mount bolt (reuse this bolt).

3.      Remove old front fender (save old hardware for reuse on new fender, four top large collar washers and four bottom bolts/large washers)

Install New Front Fender

 !!! Leave plastic tape on new front fender bottom until done so don’t scratch new fender on frame !!!

4.      Install four top fender collar space washers from old fender.

5.      Install four bottom bolts & washers from old fender.

6.      Before tighten four bottom bolts completely, hold fender aligned center to tire and also carefully align fender to bottom number plate posts. If fender is not centered on tire loosen bolts and try again… push fender in direction needed while tighten the four bolts until fender is straight (may need extra hands to help).

Install New Front Number Plate / Cable Guide

7.       Screw two special bolts through top triple clamp number plate mounting holes until screw reaches point of slip.

8.      Install new front number plate bottom around nylon studs (push down with fingers and then snug one top original bolt to new front number plate and top triple clamp.

9.      Remove one new cable clamp screw and slip front brake cable into cable guide and re-snug cable clamp screw.
