Your CD is Guaranteed to play all tracks or you will be refunded in full.

When you purchase a CD, you can rest assured that we have performed the necessary actions to ensure a smooth and effortless transaction.

All CD’s undergo an inspection and testing process:

1. Visual inspection of case and inserts.
     a. Broken cases are replaced with new factory cases of the same style as the original case.
     b. CD’s found with missing or damaged inserts are rejected and disposed of appropriately.
2. Visual inspection of the actual CD.
     a. CD’s that are scratched or damaged on the printed side are disposed of appropriately.
     b. CD’s that are scuffed or scratched on the optical side are processed through our automated commercial repair machines.  The treated CD’s are then returned and go through the entire inspection process again.
3. All CD’s that have passed the above inspections are subjected to a digital inspection as well to ensure all tracks can be read and transcribed digitally.

Shipping:

• Most Items ship within 1 businesses day and some will even ship the same day excluding weekends and Holidays.
• CD/DVD's all ship in either Kraft or Poly Bubble Wrap envelope mailers. 
• All items will ship using USPS via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
• Shipping fees are calculated on the actual item weight with packaging.
