How Mini RC Parts can save you money!

Our focus is to give our customers the best price possible. We offer grouped and single parts as newly packaged (kitted) products! What’s a kitted product? We buy brand new, unused RC kits and disassemble them so that we can make them available at a lower cost. To reassure our customers that the parts are not damaged when the kits are disassembled, know that we double check them as we repackage them in Mini RC Parts packaging before shipping them out! Note: All these parts are brand new and not in the manufacturer packaging!!!

Shipping and Handling from Mini RC Parts:

We only used at this time USPS, Shipping in United States we use Calculated shipping and we do ship international, Please Note: All International shipping is Calculated shipping as well.
 
Please note: Orders shipped to international addresses, P.O. boxes, and military APO/FPO addresses can be used, but if you a permanent Address please used that as your first option for ship your items!

How long does it take for orders to get shipped? Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order for all orders in the United States!

Do we ship on weekends and holidays? We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public Holidays.

How are the shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges are calculated by our shopping cart software and customers will be able to view the shipping charges before finishing the checkout process.

Do we ship international? If so, how long does it usually take for international orders to be shipped? We are pleased to say that we do accept international orders which usually ship within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Our Return Policy:

We will replace product within 60 days if the product is damaged or defective!

Note: If your item is damaged in shipping or isn't working properly then you will need to contact us Toll Free (800)579-9624. We will then evaluate whether or not we can help correct any problems without having to return it. If we cannot help via phone or email then we will give you a Return Request Number so that you can return the item to us. We will not accept any returned packages without this number. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.  Once we have received your item then we will ship out a new one to you (free shipping).

If your order is incomplete or incorrect when you receive it then please contact us so that we can correct the order. If an item is missing then we will ship the remaining item(s) to you free of charge. If then item is incorrect then we will ship the correct one to you free of charge (depending on the value of the item, we may ask you to ship the incorrect item back to us and we will give you store credit for the amount of the shipping charges.
