This is old item produced many years ago! As rules first two digital of serial number its manufacturing year. For example serial number is 75##### - it means year of manufactured is 1975! Be note this is not brand new item. If the item was produced in USSR and never use before and looks MINT as usual on the stuff you can find little tiniest scratches from manufacturing process – its normally for all USSR items.
