If purchasing a new genuine MITSUBISHI TD04 turbocharger replacement, pricing would be over $1000 and be supplied with a new turbine housing, compressor housing, and waste-gate actuator...all of which may be re-employed from the original TD04 assembly when installing our new cartridge replacement.

Our TD04 internal cartridge is a low cost alternative to a complete turbocharger replacement and includes a VSR balanced SAAB compressor wheel/turbine assembly, bearing housing, as well as our new upgraded 360 degree turbine oil seal(For Superior Longevity And Oil Retention), bearings, o-rings, thrust assembly and internals. Installation is simple, requires no special tools(Only 10mm Wrench And Snap Ring Tool Is Required), and can be accomplished in under 30 minutes. No re-balancing or modifications would be required upon installation of the new TD04 turbocharger cartridge replacement.

This cartridge repair will bring the SAAB TD04 turbocharger to a new, zero time, condition and will resolve nearly all turbocharger failures including smoke in exhaust system/oil bypassing, seized rotating assembly, noisy operation, low charging pressures, etc. and are delivered outright without the need for original turbocharger core return.
