This is an IHC HO scale kit 8301 for a 30’ old time Derrick Car with Virginia & Truckee markings.  The body and parts look very well made.  The floor is cast metal with installed brass truss rods.  As new in box, plastic bag still sealed, no work has been done.  Nice instructions are present. The box is solid and undamaged.
