Installation Guide

1. Cut a hole in the ceiling.

2. Tack DC connector to the power supply.

3. Plug the jump ring and put the downlight into the ceiling.

4. Adjust the downlight to stick the ceiling tightly.

We accept various methods of payment. Our preferred method would be Paypal but we can also accept all major credit/debit cards payment and direct bank transfers. Please call us to arrange alternate payment options. If you use e-cheque on PayPal, delivery may take longer, as we will not be able to process your order until the e-cheque clears. We are a VAT registered company so a VAT receipt can be provided with your purchase.

 

Items will be shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. We offer Free UK Standard Delivery. However, if you simply can’t wait to get your hands on the product, we have Express Delivery opion available for you.

 

Return Terms and Conditions

Faulty on arrival:

• All items are tested and examined before dispatching.
• If your items have arrived with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please contact our customer service team within 14 days where we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund.
• Faulty items must be returned to us before replacement(s) or a refund can be authorised. Faulty within warranty period:
• If any of your purchases develop a fault after 45 days from the date of purchase, provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or we may replace the item. The cost of returning the item is the buyer’s responsibility.
• We test every item returned to us, once received it will be inspected by our engineering team. A replacement will be authorised should a fault be found.

Incorrect item:

• If the item we have sent you is incorrect or different to that stated on your invoice, please contact our sales assistants and return the item to us within 14 days where we will be happy to process an exchange or refund.
• If you have ordered goods incorrectly, please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements. Returns of incorrectly supplied goods must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returning unwanted items:

Our 45-day money back guaranteed policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or a full refund on the purchase, any postage incurred in getting the item to you is not refundable.
• If you wish to return unused goods for refund or exchange, they must be returned with their original packaging within 45 days.
• It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us.

Please note that returns may take up to 3 days to be processed after arriving with us, and refunds may take up to 5 days to clear. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.
