We sell new ink and toner cartridges; you guessed it, in ugly boxes. All of the printer cartridges we sell through Ugly Box Toner are new unused cartridges that we received through our nationwide recycling collection program. For over a decade, we've collected surplus and empty printer cartridges through our recycling platform.

Surplus cartridges are new unused cartridges that are leftover or not needed by their owners and therefore sent to us, to be put back into circulation. Since we receive cartridges through our recycling program, the appearance of the box isn't always in perfect condition. However, we guarantee the product inside is new, unused, and in working condition.

We accept the following forms of payment.

Sales Tax

For shipments to state of Florida addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6% Sales Tax.

• Orders placed before 12 pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day.

• All other orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship next business day.

We accept returns if:

Returns for any other reason may be accepted at our discretion and may have a 25% restocking fee.
