This is a  footed silver plate tea or coffee pot with a hinged lid.  It is marked  International Silver Co. made in USA..It  could use a  polish. There  are no dents.  There are  light scratches or rubbings. They may polish out. I'm not sure. I tried to show them in the pictures but the glare and reflections make it difficult. Please look carefully at the pictures for condition for yourself. It is 10" tall and 9.5" spout to handle. I am listing another teapot with the same design marked WM Rogers. I am listing other silver plate items. Selling them all as found.
