✦ MOST sales are considered final. Returns can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if there is a significant error in the listing. Time is spent to give accurate measurements on each item, so I unfortunately can not offer returns for items that do not fit. TERRASITA also can not accept returns on undergarments, bathing-suits, or items from the 1920's or earlier due to their fragile nature.
✦ Vintage clothing is pre-worn and pre-loved and as a result some pieces may show signs of wear or use. I carefully inspect each item and disclose any signs of wear in our detailed descriptions.

✦ SIZING - Vintage clothing sizing does not reflect modern standards. When determining size, make sure you account for enough room to move comfortably. Additionally, vintage clothing is more fragile and should be worn with this in mind. Occasionally there are seam allowances or darts that can be removed, as well as tailors that can alter a vintage item to fit your particular shape.
When determining size I recommend measuring the following:
HIPS: measure around the fullest part of your hips.
BUST: measure over the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra.
WAIST: measure around the smallest point of your natural waistline.
SHOULDER TO WAIST: measure from the very top of your shoulder - where the seam would lie, down the front, over the bust, to your waistline.
LENGTH: measure from the top of your shoulder, down the front, and to the point where the hem would be. Inseam measurements for pants would be measured from the inside of the leg at the very top of the groin, down to the hem.

✦ I try and ship items as carefully as possible, but most likely they will need pressing/steaming upon arrival. However, please consider fabric types before attempting to steam or press! All items are cleaned before shipping with the exception of highly fragile items that need special consideration and care, as well as some items like wedding dresses, which can cost a significant amount to clean.
