Please be assured that any previously used shoe or boot that I sell are always cleaned and sanitized by me. This way they are good to go for you right away when they reach your home. I would not sell a pair of shoes in a condition that I would not personally wear or put on my kids. 

I take all my shoe measurement from heel to toe from the outside bottom of the shoe. In the case of pumps or  high boots I follow the contour of the sole.  Please match theses up to a pair of your own shoes that currently fit you so you know you are getting the correct size. I have found all shoe maker sizes may vary a bit brand to brand and some are just plan hard to measure on the inside so measuring them up to a pair you already have would be a safer bet.

I am using calculated shipping by your zip code, I have found this to be the best deal with the price of shipping being so high. This would go for media mail as well. This way whatever the post office charges is what you pay. Being an e-bay customer myself it is an option I like to use when I am purchasing items as well. Sometimes I will use UPS Ground if I find them to be cheaper especially on heavier or larger items. I will post that in the listing if that is the case. If you would like priority mail just let me know and I will adjust the charges and send you an updated invoice. Also, if you feel you need insurance please do so this way if the post office should make an error you are covered. I provide the tracking for all purchases but after and item leaves me I cannot be responsible for the item if it get broken or lost by the post office I can only track it for you unless you have taken out insurance.

We are a smoke free but not pet free home we have a dog and cat. I keep my animals away from my office and e-bay things as best as I can but if you have any animals you will know as HARD as you try animal hair has a mind of its own. I have an asthmatic child and am constantly vacuuming.... I am also very fussy and check over everything before mailing but please excuse a stray hair every now and then in the rare case that should happen.
