This is a New Old Stock Pulsar Salesman Sample VK63-X001 Chronograph NON-WORKING watch. This watch DOES NOT HAVE A MOVEMENT and is being sold AS IS. You have the NOS case with crystal, push-buttons, hands, dial, crown and band. All that you need to supply is the movement and possibly the movement ring and you will have a brand new watch. This watch has no scratches and anything that looks like a scratch is reflections on the shiny case surface. This came from a Seiko salesman's old stock of samples. We all know the cost of original crystals, crowns and bands so you know that this is a bargain. It is in perfect condition and even has the original tags.
