For sale my rare and sought after Seiko Prospex Marinemaster 300m SBN033 on original silicone rubber strap.
This one of the Japan Domestic Market only 'Tuna' professional dive watches and is the version which is all stainless steel with Diashield hardened anti-scratch coating.
The watch features the unique 7C46 movement which Seiko developed specifically for use in its professional dive range. It is not available outside of these watch ranges and runs well within chronometer specs, being thermo insulated and tightly regulated. It also features a low power indicator mode to inform you when a battery change is required.
The watch is on the original Seiko dive strap with pin buckle and engraved retainer.
The watch has a plain black dial and large lumed hands and indices, which light up incredibly brightly at night. In fact, this is probably the most legible watch I have ever seen in terms of low light clarity.
There is a day-date display which features the day in kanji as well as English.
The watch is running perfectly and is in pristine condition. There are only a few hairline scratches on the case sides. The crystal, case, bezel, and back are all otherwise clean. There are no dents or dings. The marks seen in the photos are almost all just fingerprints. The strap has mild marks from wear but is otherwise like new. The buckle is fine and the retainer has a few desk scratches. The watch has been worn regularly but not dived by me.
It is complete with original boxes and warranty certificate - not valid due to geography anyway (JDM watches have Japan only warranties).
The case diameter is 49mm but the watch wears smaller than you might expect.
This is an opportunity to pick up a rare and sought after Seiko collector's piece or a proper tool dive watch if that is what you are seeking.
It is one of the last watches I am having to sell from my almost completely vanished collection and I had hoped to hold on to it. However, needs must so here it is on sale.
