GENERAL INFORMATION
All the products sold by Better Better Deals are 100% authentic. Most of them come with their original factory box, but sometimes we sell brand new clearance shoes without a factory box or in a box with a missing lid. If that is the case it will be explicitly noted in the “Condition” section at the top of the listing.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Can I return my purchase?
You may return new, unworn shoes within 30 days of the purchase date for refund or exchange. Please contact us for instruction before returning merchandise. Shoes must be returned intact in the original product packaging. The original packaging must be intact as well. Unless there is a mistake from our part, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs to them as well as the return shipping via verifiable method (signature or delivery confirmation). Refunds are issued 1 to 3 business days after the return has been received.
2. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Florida residents are required to pay 7% sales tax. Residents of other states and international customers are not charged any sales tax.
3. What is your feedback policy?
We leave positive feedback for customers who have paid their orders and have left us positive feedback.
