Returns

Parker Building Supplies Ltd upholds a 14 day returns policy, within which time all and any items in perfect working order will be accepted as returned goods, and the item price will be refunded. The return of non-faulty items must be arranged at the customer’s expense, we advise you use a tracked courier service.

Please note some goods for return may be subject to re-stocking fees.

If any products are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, our policy is to refund the item price and delivery costs incurred by the customer. However, Parker Building Supplies Ltd holds no liability for such damages after 48 hours of the goods being received. We therefore strongly suggest that all items are checked at the time of delivery or within 48 hours, and that Parker building Supplies Ltd are notified immediately if any defects arise, as all transactional costs will be non-refundable after this period.

Delivery

Goods will be dispatched the same working day if ordered by 12pm on a 24 hour courier service.
