For your convenience, we offer a few different shipping options. All of our products are shipped discreetly in plain, FedEx, or USPS packaging. Orders placed before 5pm EST will ship out the same day if in stock. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days on average (not guaranteed))
FedEx 2Day (2 business days)
FedEx Overnight (1 business day)
*FedEx can not deliver to APO's or PO Boxes
*FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight will require a signature by default upon delivery
*Saturday Overnight Delivery is available by contacting customer service

International Shipping Options:

Standard First Class International Mail (7-21 business days) - Available only to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 business days)
FedEx International Priority (1-5 business days)

Transit times are an estimate only, and may vary depending on your location. During any of the holiday seasons, shipping can take longer. Any weather or mechanical related problem will also add extra delays to shipping - we cannot be held responsible for those delays.

International Customs:

International shipping times may vary slightly based on customs. Any fees incurred through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are required by law to fill out a customs form for every international shipment stating the package contents and value of each item.

Free Shipping:

We are happy to announce free standard shipping! Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the United States and is shipped via USPS. If you would like to pay for a faster shipping option, please select a different option at check out. Returns for free shipping orders will incur a restock fee. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered based on the tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Packages will be left in your mailbox (if they fit) or on your door step if you are not home. If you live in an area that has had problems with deliveries in the past, please make sure you will be home to receive the package or have it delivered to a secure location.

Back Orders:

99% of our inventory is always in stock and ready to ship. If an item from your order is on back order, we will notify you via email of the back order status. If we are unable to get a hold of you, we may ship out a partial order. Please check your email daily to find out about back orders right away and to let us know if you'd like to wait on the back ordered item, exchange it for a different item, or have it removed from your order.

RETURNS

We firmly stand behind all of our products and take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. Ifyou are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unworn items for a prompt refund within 30 days of the order date subject to the terms below:

• Clearance/Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
• When trying on items that included a panty or stockings, please do not try that part of the item on as we will not be able to accept it if it has been worn.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order was shipped with free shipping a 10% restock fee will be applied to cover the original shipping expense (Does not apply to One Stop Plus orders).
• Returns received after 30 days will receive a refund in store credit.

Due to health regulations and the safety of our employees the below items may not be returned/exchanged for any reason:

• Any item that covers intimate areas. This includes panties, thongs, g-strings, boy shorts, stockings, body stockings, pantyhose, tights, teddies and pasties. This does not include matching pieces to sets as long as they have not been worn or detached from the item.
• Any item that smells of cigarette smoke or perfume
• Items that have been worn/soiled or laundered
• Items with the tags removed
• Items that have been exposed to animal hair

Please be sure to include the completed return section of your packing slip with the merchandise you are returning. Mail back with the shipper of your choice and we highly recommend you insure the package for the value of the returned item. Ask the shipper to provide a tracking number for your package so it can be traced if lost.
