We ship to the following regions: United States, and Canada ( must provide a home phone number ). We will ship anywhere in the United States and Canada Based on weight and postal code. Please provide a physical address for larger packages. PO boxes will be accepted for smaller packages or overseas items. We ship to Canada using eBay's Global Shipping program. If you live in HI, PR or AK we need to quote shipping before you click on the buy it now button. Payment

Payments are due within 7 days of auction close. We will ship anywhere in the lower 48 States for $FREE We will ship to Canada for $65 (Canadian Customers Must provide a home phone number for shipping purposes) Please note: Shipping fees to Canada INCLUDE taxes, duties and brokerage fees. We are a Non-Resident importer to Canada. Which means you will not be charged any extra fees upon receipt of the product. We currently ship once a week to Canada, generally on Friday.

Return Policy

This product is Brand New and carries a 1 year limited warranty through Hi-Fi Audio. Returns are handled on a case by case basis and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for product repair or replacement. We do NOT issue credits or refunds. Please contact us via the customer service email below to obtain a RMA# prior to return. Please include the auction ID#, product serial number and your name in the email. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Any product shipped to us without a RMA# will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
