Excellent worn condition

They are wraps around your calves and ties just below your knees, or you can wear them differently if you wish, maybe you can wrap them around your ankles.

The length of  the boot at the back from the heel to the top of the boot is 8"

The heel is covered with leather and is  just under 3.5" high
