Sailor Type R108 150kHz-4.5MHz Shortwave, Medium, Long, And Narrow Wave Receiver. Very nice condition!  I was able to power it up and receive a few radio stations with a short wire.  I powered it with external 24VDC.  The black ferrules on the knobs are loose and slide off easily leaving silver knobs which are easily used.  Selling as-is.
