We purchased new at a ware house sale,that purchases from store closeouts.I have 2 of them left .The bag it came in was sealed,but I opened it to get the pictures.I took pictures of everything that is included.These may need reshaping.If the helmet needs reshaping,you use a blow dryer to heat up the sides,and it will be able to be reshaped.I read about this on line.Let me know if you have any questions.Thanks for looking,
