I now accept returns in accordance with the following policies:
(a) Complaint must be made with 14 days of receipt of item.
(b) Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
(1) If complaint concerns buyer's remorse (changed mind);
(2) If complaint concerns item dropping in value after purchase;
(3) If complaint concerns buyer picking up a different copy for less;
(4) If complaint concerns a card not grading to buyer's hopes;
(5) If complaint concerns defect in condition which WAS DESCRIBED in the auction listing.
