If a refund is to be made, it is issued through PayPal the same as payment was received. If a refund is to be made, auction item is to repackaged by the Buyer, shipped back to us and reviewed/inspected before said refund is to be issued,

All S&H costs are to be the Buyers responsibilities & non-refundable.

Ø Buyers must have a FeedBack rating of 20 or higher in order to participate in the said auctions. Anyone with a lower FeedBack than 20, bids will be dismissed and the items placed back on the auction block, unless otherwise discussed.

Ø a2ztexas uses FedEx as our primary delivery company, so items are shipped SIGNATURE required for delivery. We also can provide delivery using the USPS if requested.

Ø We will not ship to a PO BOX as your verified address, as signature proof is required. Physical address required.

Ø AUCTIONS concluding on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday cannot be processed for shipment until the following business day, items will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Ø Once the auction item has been picked up for delivery by said carrier, the package is in their care. We will track the item from this end & provide the recipient with the same tracking number. If package delivery is delayed by the carrier, it is out of our hands.
