Our prices are low because we import all our goods and accessories directly. This allows us to attain only truly authentic products and pass the savings on to our customers.
We are a mail order company and all sales are online this helps to keep our overheads low so the savings can be passed onto our customers.

Newtech Store does not have a retail high street shop, instead we have a warehouse that holds all our imported stock and online sales are automatically sent to the main warehouse for distribution to everywhere around the world.

Delivery Information

All items are in stock and are dispatched within 1 business day as soon as we received a clear payment. On some items, if ordered before 2pm we dispatch same working day.

• UK Delivery – Royal Mail 48 Tracked & 24 Tracked. – Normally 2- 3 working days, but not guaranteed. Different Location Cost you different time.
• Europe & Ireland– Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 8 working days, but not guaranteed. Different Country and different Location Cost you different time.
• Combined shipping postage discount is only eligible for the buyer who purchased more than 5 products within 3 days via combined payment.
• We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address.
• Item you paid will be dispatched to you sameday if your order is places before 3PM . Please note that items purchased on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
• Unfortunately, we cannot provide local pick-up service or any purchase via post at this moment. All items will be shipped by our designated shipping company.

Returns

If for some reason you think that an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty please contact us through Ebay messaging before returning the item. We will try to resolve issues. In most cases problems are usually due to use error and can be fixed remotely.

Faulty items will be replaced or refunded as long as contact is made within the first seven days of following purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty goods to us. We will pay the shipping for returning replacement goods.

Please note that item warranty card and purchase receipt must be included with an item.

Refunds:

If the item is simply unwanted (i.e. no fault) it needs to be returned as new with the packaging un-opened. We will refund the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee. We will not be able to refund the original shipping costs as we've already incurred the costs ourselves when sending your order. You will be required to pay the shipping costs when returning items back to us.

All intended returns should be notified to us by email within seven days of receipt of the goods. Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package.
