Payment must be received within 2 BUSINESS DAYS after close of an auction or offer acceptance. After 2 business days we will file a non-paying bidder case and close it promply.

We accept PayPal ONLY online. We will accept cash or credit cards for in-store payments. Sales tax is applicable to Illinois residents only.

There is no charge to pick up your item locally. We accept cash or credit card payments only. Please bring a VALID ID for confirmation and your EBAY ITEM NUMBER for the item you've won. Illinois residents will be required to pay Illinois Sales Tax upon pickup.

Returns will only be accepted for items that are not as described and must be made within 30 business days of receipt of the item. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives non-functioning, then a claim must be filed (see "Shipping Damage" section above). Applicable serial numbers will be checked prior to refund of purchase price.
