Das RG174 Kabel:
Das RG-174 ist ein besonders dünnes Micro-Koaxialkabel mit einem Durchmesser von 2,67 mm und einem Litzen-Innenleiter, der aus 7 x 0,16 mm besteht, über das geringe Leistungen über kurze Entfernungen übertragen werden können. Die Schirmung ist ein Geflecht aus kupferplattiertem Stahldraht (A/U-Version).
Die Dämpfung beträgt bei 10 MHz 12 dB/100 m, bei 100 MHz 29 dB/100 m und bei 1 GHz ca. 100 dB/100 m.
Das 50-Ohm-Kabel RG-174 hat ein Dielektrikum aus Polyethylen (PE) und einen Außenmantel aus Polyvinylchlorid (PVC).
