Here is a very nice FDC from Egypt in excellent condition, not addressed. I see what looks like the bottom portion of a small word or two on the back, else very clean.

Satisfaction guaranteed return policy

If you receive an item that is not as described, you may return it for a full refund or other compensation of your choice. Any purchase that simply does not please you may be returned within 14 days for refund of the purchase price, less E-bay sales fees. (Shipping costs are not refunded for voluntary returns). WRITE within 10 days to let us know the item is coming. All refunds are made via Paypal.

Damaged shipments

We pack your purchases for safe shipment, and expect them to arrive without incident. However, if an item is lost or broken in shipment, we will refund your full purchase amount plus shipping. provided 1) you provide evidence of the damage and 2) cooperate in recovering insurance coverage from the shipper. In general, you will need to return damaged merchandise to the post office. Please contact us immediately for instructions if a shipment arrives broken.

Lost and Delayed shipments

Being stamp dealers, we normally ship via USPS. First class mail usually arrives in 5 to 10 days, parcel post may require up to 30 days to arrive. We require purchase of insurance or delivery confirmation on most shipments because we have found that marked packages travel faster and more reliably. Nevertheless, a few shipments do get lost. The USPS does not accept claims on lost packages for 30 days, and we also do not process claims for lost merchandise until 30 days after shipping. However, you should let us know sooner that we have a possible problem.
