Your chosen design will be mounted onto a 1" (Diameter) silver plated pendant adorned with two pretty coloured beads to match your choice. They sit neatly above the pendant and just below a tempered steel ring attachment

Once you have chosen your option, your order will arrive to you in a pretty butterfly organza bag.

The design displayed is covered with a non-toxic protective sealant that is water resistant but not water proof

    Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If buyer wishes to collect then cash can also be made upon collection    

    I aim to dispatch all handmade items within 4-5 business days, however during busier times and public holidays this is not always possible, i therefore ask buyers to allow up to 7 days before becoming concerned.  

    Please note that all correspondence between the buyer and myself and kept together with proof of postage receipt for all dispatched items, then in the unlikely event that a mistake has been made, correspondence can be checked to confirm where the fault lies. A return is accepted for a replacement if the buyer has made a mistake with the spelling of the personalisation request in their original message but will be required to pay all costs occurred to return the item and the replacement to be dispatched. If the fault is found to be Cottontailcrafts then these costs will be met by myself.
