We are happy to combine lots and shipping. Please wait for the invoice after you have finished bidding/buying before sending payment. Fed up with paying too much postage for comics when you buy multiple "free ship" items from ebay sellers???
Ebay has relaxed the mandatory "free shipping" so we are going back to a fairer shipping policy for buyers.
If you buy 3 comics at a time, you will save more than 10% of your total comic spend compared to sellers offering "free ship" comics! If you buy 5 or more, savings will be more than 15% of the total cost! That could be up to £200 a year in savings, if you buy 10 comics at week!
Please remember when leaving feedback, that if you buy in-stock and pre-order comics and get combined shipping, we cannot ship until all of your pre-order comics are released.
For very heavy items such as comic supplies & large hardback books there will be a surcharge for using courier shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Isles & N.Ireland or we will use Royal Mail standard parcels where available.
We can offer attractive courier shipping for European customers buying comic supplies or multiple DC or Marvel Figurines - please email us for prices.

Items are sent securely in strong packaging. For low quantities this is a stiff oversized corrugated cardboard comic mailer. For larger quantities of comics and higher value items we use bubble wrap & poly chips in boxes. We want you to get your purchases in A1 condition.
TERMS OF SALE
If paying by paypal, we reserve the right to only ship orders over £15 to confirmed paypal addresses. If you do not have a confirmed paypal address please contact us before buying items totalling over £15. If you have zero or low feedback, or a feedback % below 80%, please contact us before buying.
We accept returns, within 14 days, where the item is not in the condition stated. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent and the buyer is responsible for return costs. A refund for the item value will be provided. If the item is lost or damaged in the mail we require you to co-operate with the mail claim process in order to provide a refund.

As well as the auctions and ebay shop, Heroes Assemble also operates a successful mail order and on-line business for comic subscriptions , rare collectibles and back issues.
