IMPORTANT remarks concerning shipping for international customers:

1. Please see handling time details under "Shipping and payments" ("Versand und Zahlungsmethoden").

2. Usually I ship out very fast (within 0-2 working days) after payment.

3. Please note that those costs are what I really have to pay for the post, NO additional charges such as packaging fees are included. Shipping is weight relevant and unfortunately not cheap, but that's what I have to pay for the post! Please look at http://www.post.ch for exact details, and simply ask if you want to know more.

4. About shipping duration: after I deliver the letter to the post (see point 2 above) I have no more control on the time it takes to get to you. Usually most wasted time is in the customs of recipient country. This vary much from one country to the other. Time mentioned above is an estimation based on my personal experience, but can be shorter or longer according to country and periods of year (for example in case of vacation periods).

5. Customers from all countries outside of Switzerland (including European Union) might have to pay custom fees. Thought I try to help out with that, please don't forget that I can't control this issue.

6. PLEASE THINK and ACCEPT THE ABOVE BEFORE BUYING, AND DON'T FORGET THIS WHEN GIVING YOUR FEEDBACK, please be fair. Please remember that I do all I can to give kind, fast and reliable service! Still, I can't control how long Swiss post or your post and/or your customs need till they really get their work done.
