Bright, Stylish and Majestic, Bring Colours to Your Life
LED Strip uses versatile circuit
board, which gives it its superb performance. Our LED strip is easy for cutting
and connecting, which enables it to meet your distinctive requirements. The
cuts can be concealed via simple welding, and further application of
appropriate amount of glue will retain its rating.
The IP68 LED Strip is 100% waterproof and dust-proof (no 3M adhesive tape
attached), making it perfect for various applications, e.g. indoor, outdoor and
underwater projects. Meanwhile, the IP65 and non-waterproof version are
ultra-thin, with 3M double-sided tape fixed on the back, making your
installation simple.
Not only they are incredibly bright, these TWLC Single Coloured LED Strips can also be dimmed, too. To dim, you will only require a low voltage 12V LED dimmer along with the appropriate power supply arranged in the following sequence:

Troubleshooting

Solutions |
None of the LED strip is lit. |
• Make sure the power supply is plugged in and the AC power outlet is receiving power. |
• Check connection from power supply connector to the power supply. |
|
• Check the connection on the power supply connector to the TWLC LED strip. Pull the strip. If it comes out of the connector, you will need a new connector. |
|
Only part of the LED strip is lit. |
• Check all connectors attached to the part of the strip that is not lit. Pull the TWLC LED strip. If it comes out the connector, you will need a new connector. |
LED strip is flashing On and Off. |
• Check the specifications for the power supply to ensure it supports the length of TWLC LED strip you are using. Select the appropriate strength or install an additional power supply to support your installation. |
LED strip not cut exactly on cut line. |
• Depending on how you cut the strip, you may still be able to save that section. The cutting tolerance is about +/-3mm (+/-1/8 inch) on either side of the cut line. Cutting in a straight line is crucial and the two wires inside the strip must be pushed to the very and inside the connector to make contact with the pins. |
• Go to the cut line before the cut line you incorrectly cut and make the section shorter. You may be able to adjust your layout by rearrange the sections. |
|
IP68 strip not waterproof after cutting. |
• Once cut, the Strip requires professional soldering, then apply 705A glue and leave it to dry in order to retain its IP68 status. |
The LED strip is not dimmable. |
• Only Single Colour Strips are dimmable. To dim, you will require low voltage 12V LED dimmer and the correct power supply arranged in the following sequence: |
