This is an absolutely beautiful and very impressive sapphire and diamonds daisy cluster ring the quality of which has to be seen to be believed . 18ct gold and platinum set.
A genuine cabachon cut deep blue sapphire weighing in at approx 2.50 carats. The sapphire has an even, rich blue coloration with no windowing. The pictures do not show this because of light reflection
The sapphire is set with ten prongs and surrounded by 10 round brilliant cut diamonds that are nestled in millegrain edged collets These diamonds, that weigh approximately .15 carats each, have an
approximate GIA colour and clarity grade of, “G/VS2” indicating they are well matched and
well cut. There are four round brilliant cut diamonds that are bead set in a mille
grained channel on the shoulders of the ring. The diamonds on the shoulder of the
ring are each approximately .04 carats and .7.5 and the same quality as the other diamonds
in the ring. The combined diamond weight is a minimum of 1.70 carats.
