All prices include VAT where applicable.

Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs declarations will show full retail value of the items purchased.

Please ensure you specify the correct delivery address during checkout, as address changes may not be accepted afterwards.

Orders paid before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays) will be dispatched same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Where payment is by PayPal echeque, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

We regret that we are unable to dispatch orders at weekends or on UK Public Holidays.

Our usual carrier is Royal Mail, though some orders may need to be diverted to other carriers, for example due to size or weight restrictions.

A signature may be required upon delivery, even if the service requested does not normally require it.

We strive to offer products that will delight our customers, however there may be times when a return is required.

Returns of Non-Faulty Items

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you can return an unused purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the goods.

All items must reach us in original condition, complete with all parts, instructions, accessories, covers, etc and with any seals, shrink wrap, packaging and labels intact.

We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, but you are responsible for paying for the carriage of items back to us.

Returns of Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered, please contact us for assistance.

For agreed returns of faulty items, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage upon our receipt of the item and confirmation of the problem.

We will not reimburse excessive postage charges. By reasonable we mean no more than the standard cost of sending an item back to us via the standard Royal Mail service, or equivalent in your country. You are advised to obtain proof of posting.

Your Right to Cancel

We understand that sometimes you may not wish to keep goods purchased from us. For this reason, under our returns policy you may return goods to us in their original condition within 30 days of the date you received them. Please see our Returns Policy above.

If you are a customer within the European Union, you also have the legal right to a cooling off period within which you may withdraw from the purchase of an item.

Your cooling off period ends 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If goods have already been dispatched you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You are advised to obtain proof of posting.
