PAYMENT & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. For example, if you place your order on Tuesday, we will normally dispatch it before the end of the day on Wednesday. All orders are sent in branded Krisp bags and in order to protect our items, we wrap them in tissue paper.

Combined postage

We charge a single delivery fee regardless of how many items you order. Please add all the items you would like to order to the basket and the postage discount will be applied automatically at the checkout. If for some reason discount hasn’t been applied, simply message or call us on 02084594566 ext. 23 (Mo – Fri 9am – 6pm).

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We understand that returning items is an inevitable part of shopping online. We try to make the returns process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any it for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days after receipt of the goods. Just fill in the returns form on the back of the invoice and simply send it back to us. There is no need to message ahead, we will let you know as soon as we have received it and process a refund or exchange for you.

FREE RETURN LABEL

If you purchase from UK you can use the free returns label provided. Simply download the label, print it off and stick it on the front of the parcel; pop down to your local post office and have the parcel returned back to us at no extra cost to yourself. Please retain proof of postage just in case the parcel goes missing.

Please note we do require that:

• Customer covers the cost of the return postage (except for faulty or damaged items);
• Items are returned within 30 days after the receipt of the goods;
• Items are in resalable condition, have not been worn and the tags are intact.
