• The glazing is perspex for saftey during transit. No matter how well glass is packed it often gets smashed!

• All prints are framed in black as standard. However we also stock light wood effect mahogany effect gold and silver. If you require any of these other options please leave a message when you pay via paypal. This will be displayed on our screen when we process your order.

• Postage and packing within the UK is £5.50. We use Fedex next day service so when we have notified you that your parcel has been dispatched you should expect delivery on the next working day. If your parcel does not arrive we can easily track it online so please contact us. The cause of late delivery is most often an address query. Please ensure that your correct full address is given plus a telephone no. Fedex can then contact you if they have a address query.

• If your item is damaged during transit (this is rare) don't worry we will reprocess your order as quickly as possible. We ask that when your parcel is delivered you check for damage and refuse the delivery if it is not in good condition. When you sign you are declaring that you have received it in good condition and we cannot make a claim against the courier.

• Please pay with paypal, we do not take payments by post. A card payment can be taken if paypal is out of the question but this will only be acceptable for UK buyers. If you do wish to pay by card please email sales@arenaimaging.com giving your telephone no. and a convenient time to call you during office hours.

• We will take every care in the production and dispatch of your order. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email or the contact seller link. Emails are answered on a working daily basis and you will receive a reply promptly. Please note our offices are not open at weekends or bank holidays.

• International buyers please contact us for shipping costs before buying, the postage will be calculated and added to your invoice. International shipping is expensive for many of our framed items. Most are too large to be sent by royal mail therefore a courier must be used. It is possible to send any of our prints unframed in poster tubes so please contact us for that option and prices. All transactions are done through ebay and a listing for print only will be created on demand.
