This Roseville Dawn urn/vase stands 4.25" high by 6" in diameter.  It has a fabulous Art Deco orb form balanced on a platform base, that is juxtaposed to the body of the urn, and adorned with boxy tabbed handles at its sides.  It is decorated with highly stylized Palm Trees, spreading dramatically over the rounded contours of the vase.  This urn/vase is shape number 315-4.  It is glazed in a rich green glaze, with a blush of pink tinge over the Palm Trees, and finished to a satin matte.  The glaze color thins over the decoration allowing the clay color to peek through, a very handsome accent.  It is in excellent condition, with a restoration to a couple of chips on the rim, and minute nicks in the glaze on the handles, which was a common issue with this glaze line.  This Roseville Dawn urn/vase screams Art Deco, and it's gorgeous!
