Returns Information

Should your item be defective we will replace the item/part upon it's return. The defective item/part in most cases will need to be returned via a Free Post return service provided by Quickdraw Supplies. If we are unable to replace the item/part we will offer an upgraded/alternative item/part or a full refund.

If you no longer require an item (one that is non-defective, and as described on eBay), you may return it to us at your own cost within 7 working days of receipt. Suitable packaging and care must be used to return the item. A refund less the postage costs of the original despatch will be issued upon receipt of the item. Payment is required for items within 7 working days of an order being placed.
