If you are looking for an old original child size flapper purse, that should NOT be used any more, this is the old purse for you. It is complete, and ready to go into a frame or a collection! That's why I purchased it, it was a very different little purse, and it looked great in my collection! It never had a lining and the years have not been kind to this fragile cloth! This is what is called a piece of antique history, to be displayed and not used. It's about 80+ years old, and still looks so nice when displayed with other old purses. Imagine what it would look like on a large dolls' arm in a display! OUTSTANDING! The ends of the tie look like copper balls, or maybe brass. An "expert" said the "lizard" like base is sterling! But you be the judge, I can't say for sure. (Experts tell us lots of things.)
