Pullip Tiphona is a collaboration release with noted loli fashion designer Innocent World. She is wearing doll-sized versions of items from their highly popular Pompadour line. Her dress is carefully sewn with pintucking, extravagant trim and laces, and sweet faux-pearl buttons for a gleaming touch, and the sumptuous bow in her hair matches perfectly. Her fun stockings are printed with criss-crossed ribbon like on ballet slippers, and her black shoes and handbag are the perfect finishing touches to her elegant, subtle outfit. Her loden green eyes and wavy blonde locks make her the prettiest lolita you've ever seen. A doll stand and collector card is also included.

 Her eyelids can be controlled by pressing down two buttons located on the back of her head. By using a lever located between the 2 buttons, she is able to move her eyes to the left, right, and straight ahead. Pullips are about 12 inches tall (31cm) with oversized heads (on the 1/3 scale.) The body is about 9 inches tall (1:6 scale), the size of many fashion dolls such as Barbie and Jenny.
