BCAA Xtra contains branched chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and glutamine. BCAA amino acids constitute about 35% of exogenous amino acids necessary to build muscle protein, and nearly 50% of amino acids that must be supplied with the food. Glutamine is a prevalent "source of nitrogen” for the biochemical processes occurring within the body. The BCAA Xtra supplement is recommended during any excessive physical e ort, as a dietary supplement improving overall quality of strength training and regular recreation.

Dissolve 10g (2 teaspoonfuls) in 250ml of water shaking in a water bottle. On training days: one portion of 10g before training and 10g after training. On non-training days: one portion of 10g before meal.
